Captain Lumen - Bring Back The Stars

Captain Lumen turns responsible lighting principles into a browser game for non-specialists, specially younger generations, while remaining engaging for professionals. Across five threatened nightscapes, players learn by doing: better light, not more light, restores the night.

Educating the next generation through cleverly designed gameplay and forward-thinking approaches across platforms and consoles that appeal to and engage diverse demographic groups — a long-term strategy that is very future-forward.

What makes "Captain Lumen" truly remarkable is its playful approach, allowing non-specialists, including younger generations, and industry professionals alike to engage with and learn the principles of responsible lighting. Enabling broader audiences beyond just experts to better understand socially beneficial light holds great potential to help cultivate new values and expectations for the next generation of lighting.
